Stephen has a blended experience as both an entrepreneur and involvement in both listed and privately held executive teams.
Specialising in deal structuring and strategy, he plays an integral role in acquisitions, deal structuring and management interaction.
Having previously served as the CEO of Paarl Media/Novus Holdings and various structures within Naspers, Stephen now serves on a variety of international boards which include secondments to the boards of Computer Mania (Pty) Ltd, Computer Mania Holdings (Pty) Ltd and gomaxx (Pty) Ltd within the Mobidata Group.

Ed has an extensive background as a CFO in both listed and privately held business. He is a specialist in financial systems architecture and governance.
He provides essential oversight to the financial operations of all investments inherent in Mobidata.
All the inherent financial, payroll and governance structures within Mobidata have a direct reporting line into Ed and his team.
Ed also provides the financial analysis and structure to all existing and potential investments.
